First timers...

Hello.. I just started my own blog. I have always wanted to do this and now I have! My goal is to have a place to go to express my ponderings on life! It doesn't matter if people read this or not I'm hoping to be entertained with my own babbling.. When you stop and think about first times, what comes to mind? I think about all the neat and fun things I've experienced. The first time i rode a bike (age 6. we lived in Snelling out on Gallo's ranch. Learned on the neighbor boys bike out in front of the big red barn.) My first crush. (same neighbor boy. climbing the fig tree.. :) My first "best" friend (Debra Jayne Koehn! Boy did we have fun together!) My first time giving my heart to Jesus.(Nov 1980) My first time driving on my own.(driving to town in my parents huge, brown 1976 Ford LTD!! Yikes!) My first job that i earned a paycheck from. (Babysitting for a set of 3 year old twins and a 6 mo old baby! Educational..)   My first car. (1980 Mercury, Capri. It was black. Good times!) My first serious boyfriend (Rusty Friesen. Now my first and only husband!) My first time i held my son (Cameron Lee. Born on Nov 21. At 5 pm they brought him to my bed and I held him for the first time. Perfect! I cried!!) My first time I seen my daughter. ( Jessica Lynn was born 11 weeks premature. It was over 48 hrs before i was able to see her for the first time. My word she was tiny! She was so beautiful! I cried..) Our first time going to Disneyland with the kids. It truly was a magical kingdom! The first time waiting up for my oldest teen to get home after getting his driving license. (must confess 4 years later and i still wait up!) First time moving out of state (from CA to AZ) with our kids. (must admit scared as much as excited!) One thing is for sure i am excited about experiencing a lot more first times yet... So that was the rambling of my first blog.. Nothing to earth moving or mind blowing. But oddly enough it felt good..
